The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract ,i.e. we process your personal data as first step to possibly enter into an employment agreement with you.
If you provide us with contact details to someone providing you with a reference, please inform that person beforehand that Zimpler may contact themas a part of your recruitment process and that the personal data of that individual will be deleted once the recruitment process is finished.

If you continue on to the second step in the recruitment process, we may also want to conduct background checks to ensure that the information you have provided is correct and that you are suitable for the position. You will receive information about this processing in a later stage of the recruitment process.

Right to information and access
